Abstract

ABSTRACT

            Expenditures with precise allocations will create opportunities for communities to maximize the resources and benefits derived from optimal expenditure and it allocations, then it will contribute to increased productivity, this it will increased productivity, will increase per capita income, and finally will increase demand for educational facilities and health. From efficient and effective direct expenditure allocation will increase human development performance by HDI (Human Development Index). The higher the HDI will reflect the performance of good spending allocations, otherwise the lower the HDI will reflect poor performance of government expenditure allocations. This study aims to analyze the direct expenditure components of the education and the health sectors that affect the improvement of HDI Bogor City. To analyze factors affecting IPM in Bogor City, multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22. Based on the research results, the identified factors that can influence the improvement of HDI in Bogor are personnel expenses, goods and services expenses, and capital expenses.
