Kebijakan Daerah Dalam Penyelenggaraan Angkutan Umum Massal(Studi di Transpakuan Koridor Bubulak-Ciawi Kota Bogor)

Abstract

ABSTRACT

            One of the transportation policies in the city of Bogor is to organize mass transportation with larger and more efficient carrying capacity in utilizing road space. The presence of buses as one of the transportation facilities to support the basic needs of the community requires proper and effective management. The purpose of this research is to to formulate regional policies in the implementation of mass public transport. The method used in this research is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Primary data obtained from survey stated preference and indepth interview.  Secondary data is obtained from related institutions. The policies to increase the number of passengers Transpakuan in the implementation of sustainable mass transit is analyzed by Analytical Hiercarchy Process, in order of priority as follows: (a) providing operational subsidies for Transpakuan; (b) enhancing the quality of Transpakuan corridors by eliminating barriers to Transpakuan routes; c) procurement of Transpakuan fleet through equity participation to Regional Transportation Services Company or capital subsidy to private operators.
