Current Biochemistry Now Operates Two Separate Platforms for Submission and Publication

Dear Authors, Reviewers, and Readers,

To improve our editorial workflow and user experience, Current Biochemistry now operates two separate systems. This has been in effect since June 30, 2026.

1. Submission and Review Platform (New)
All new manuscripts must be submitted through our dedicated submission portal. This is a separate system, so authors must register a new account there before submitting. Accounts from the main journal website cannot be used on the submission portal.

2. Publication Platform (Main Website)
Accepted manuscripts are still officially published and indexed on our main journal website. All published articles stay integrated with our historical archives and current indexing databases. Readers can continue to access every issue here.

Manuscripts Submitted After June 30, 2026

  • Submission, review, copyediting, and production stage: Authors are encouraged to create a new account and resubmit through the Submission Portal.
  • Publication stages: These manuscripts continue to be processed on the main website. Authors can monitor progress on the current issue on the maint website: https://journal.ipb.ac.id/cbj/current/
